Hello to all of my beautiful nerds and welcome back from traveling the vast nerd universe and I am back with another RangerStop Interview and some really good news! Let’s go!
Interview with Christopher Kayman Lee from Power Rangers in Space!
Rounding off the Power Rangers in Space cast from last year’s RangerStop is of course Christopher Kayman Lee! Wanted to interview him at RangerStop 6 but since the red rangers were in demand that year didn’t get a chance but this year we did. Even though I counted this as one of my favorite moments but I do have another but have to get to that video when it’s up because it made me realize it was a great one. Anyways, since I have bene a fan of this season due to the space bits like with Lost Galaxy, I was glad to watch every moment and did enjoy “Countdown to Destruction” myself. What did I ask him? Watch and find out.
We did try to get Melody who played Astronomer but she did leave early on that Sunday so hoping if she comes back this year to Orlando we get a chance again. I wouldn’t mind also interview the other three rangers from this season too if they also get invited. Let’s see what 2020 brings to Orlando!
Now onto an important announcement! As you saw in our last post I mentioned briefly about upgrading this blog and we did! Today starts a new beginning for Nerdy Shique Universe and that is we are now a full on website domain! Yay! For the past seven years of running this blog, I haven’t had the funds to upgrade and now that working helped get me to this point alongside having all the hard work with going to some of the conventions we had press opportunities at like RangerStop, Omni Fandom Expo since they found us, and even MetroCon, MythiCon and a few others. Plus with posting about Ipsy, also reviews on items, and so on, it was time to kick it up a notch. So, I thank you all for supporting this blog as long as it has been alive. Without it I wouldn’t be where I am today and how it led me to my job in teaching Adaptive Technology since I use it to operate this thing. Now that it’s all upgraded and raring to go? What is more to come? I did mention the Favorites being changed, also that means Convention Spotlight will also change alongside Convention Impossible. Since now I am doing each category as Quadrants to match our space theme, I will be referring Spotlight as Comet as in Convention Comet and Convention Impossible as Convention Nebula since we do discover new conventions if we can travel to them. So now stay tuned for the Convention Comet on Omni Fandom Expo when it gets closer!
We will still post our interviews by the way and hoping to add more pics of me with the guests like we had in the past since it does add a bit of a flare to those posts. And with the Subscriptions post I will also include links to the products for you guys so you can explore the items themselves. Which makes me changing the Beauty part of this blog to the Beauty Galaxy and separate the Beauty Subscriptions to Subscription Sattelite since it would fit the alliteration a lot better with that part. I think that is about it since we have changed over time and it would be better to separate our items and make more titles space infused. And of course, glad to be a part of this vast nerd universe alongside with you all. 2020 will be a big year for this blog especially now that it’s a full on website and we will keep it that way as well.
What is next? We do have an interview with one of the rangers from Power Rangers Jungle Fury and now waiting on my subscriptions to arrive since Glam Bag Plus has been shipped and BoxyCharm is also on its way. And make sure you check us out on Twitter and YouTube for any convention videos, my beauty videos, and our Twitter updates! Until next time!
